Middle School (Grades) 6-8 Special Education

Welcome! I am the Secondary Middle School (Grades 6-8) Special Education teacher as well as the junior high volleyball and basketball coach.

I am a Homer Alumni, Class of 2015! I graduated from Peru State College with degrees in K-8 Elementary Education, K-12 Special Education, and  a 7-12 Coaching Endorsement. I graduated from York University in 2023 with my masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I have a daughter named August and a dog named Scooter. I love the outdoors, being active, and playing/watching sports (fun fact: I’m very competitive!).

I am passionate about education and want the best for my students. Communication and getting to know the students will be important in ensuring our team is successful!
